Open day and teacher training courses have moved
from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor.
Take the right side elevator
(on the side of the cash machines of Kookmin bank,
opposite of Angelinus Coffeeshop)
to the 5th floor, get out to the right,
walk left to the end of the corridor
and go right into the exercise area.
Course takes place in the large exercise (GX-) room.
Start and finishing times have also changed.

- Morning Session : 10:00 ~13:00 (3 hours) - Lunch break : 13:00 ~14:00 (1 hour) - Afternoon Session : 14:00 ~17:00 (3 hours)

Exercises (Asanas), Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Energy control (Pranayama), Detachment, Kriya, Karma, Concentration/Meditation and loads of discussions on how Yoga practically applies to dealing with modern life, (control of) fears, tendencies, how to become more efficient with time, energy and how to achieve success in whatever you set your mind on, etc. |
